In data/new_tutorial a slightly more recent version of the tutorial in the documentation repo is shipped along with the hydrogen installation.

This is quite strange. Especially since we add the documentation as submodule and install their artifacts.
The "new_tutorial" should be merged with the one of the documentation and removed from this repo.
