tree-sitter grammar for Hy

I noticed that vim-hy exists, but there isn't yet a tree-sitter grammar for Hy. So I took the liberty of creating one, in case there's others like me who prefer syntax highlighting via tree-sitter instead of old-style vim ftplugins.

I'm open to criticism; please feel free to give feedback and/or help me improve the project!
