Как воспроизвести:
Открыть чат с сообщениями в режиме инкогнито в хроме
или Заблокировать нотификации и отправить в чат сообщение

У меня не воспроизводится. Но у меня другая проблема - при блокировке нотификаций название одного из чатов зависает в бесконечном ожидании промиса.
