Some files are loaded from third-party domains (e.g. CDNs). I prefer that all the design system is self-contained (e.g. for when it is deployed on some intranet).

Correct, right now the following are loaded from CDNs:
tachyons.min.css from unpkg.com
inter.css from rsms.me

I can update these to be loaded from the repo.
