Not able to scroll through the window modal of Transaction details. #FrontEnd

What happened?

Not able to scroll through the modal till the end of the transaction details window

What did you expect to happen?

The window modals should be scrollable till the end of the modal so that all the data is visible

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

on Transactions tab in explorer application click on a Tx Id, (if no transaction is showing select a date range and click on Tx Id) the transaction details window modal will be open. for some user the modal is not scrollable till the end
