[Feature Request] Annotate in a popup window

Is there any plan to support a popup window when you are writing a comment? Opening the sidebar will occupy a lot of space, and only be helpful when reviewing all comments, not annotating. It will be great to have a popup window right at the annotating place, which only obscures a small part of the page. And maybe a hover window to show the comment. So not having 30% of the screen filled with the sidebar is more convenient to read.
