Exclude test files from released package

If I download the .tar.gz from PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/h-pyramid-sentry/#files) it includes the tests/ and h_pyramid_sentry/test/ dirs.

Also should h_pyramid_sentry/test/matcher.py be moved to tests/matcher.py and then delete the h_pyramid_sentry/test/ dir? I.e. put all tests stuff in the top-level tests/ dir and only production code in the h_pyramid_sentry/ dir.
