Discovery of your first Project

As detailed in our Product Life Cycle document we have a phase based upon Discovery. This is a chance to really get into the Product Manager role, find out and research a problem and really dig into some creative work with the Engineering team.

• Product Manager book in a call with the VP of Engineering to discuss what your first Project should be.
• VP of Engineering assign a first Project for Product Manager to start the Discovery phase.
• Product Manager schedule this into the Product Engineering sync call.
• Product Manager get to a point where the document has a Problem, Outcome, Risks, Collaborators and rough Solution.
