you'd need a custom keymap for that one, you can do that with xkb. XF86 keys are usually activated by pressing Fn+F[X] tho |

Is it at all possible to bind a key to another one?
My specific problem is swapping the F11 key for XF86AudioPlay, which happen to live in the same physical key on my laptop.
