Numlock is not enabled by default in greeter

Hello everyone!
After updating to 0.41.0/0.41.1 numlock behavior in greeter becomes weird. I'm using regreet as greeter and calling hyprland with following config:

exec-once = regreet; hyprctl dispatch exit

input {
    kb_layout = us
    numlock_by_default = true
}

misc {
    vrr = 0
    disable_hyprland_logo = true
    disable_splash_rendering = true
    force_default_wallpaper = 0
}

The behavior before 0.40.0 was following: soon after greeter loads, I can input some numbers from numpad, simple enough.
After 0.40.0 I have to press numlock twice before I can input numbers. Not pressing it or pressing once doesn't help.

Any idea what could've caused this behavior? Not sure if it's a "bug", since using hyprland as a greeter compositor may be a bit out of scope, so posting it as question for discussion.

I'm also experiencing some weird problems with hyprcursor after 0.40.0 update, but I think I'll post about it properly later.

Version 0.43 seems to fix this issue for me
