Extenstion of #273, enabling custom tools in YAML

Most of the demos use custom tools as opposed to the default tools (like OpenMeteo, Pythoninterpreter, etc). So we need the ability to parse and enable these tools. Further, I have found that the code for these tools always needs to be in a specific format so might need to check this
