回覆內容：蔡小姐：您好…經詢學者專家，有關您所提的情況，依連字符使用分類說明「十一到九十九之間的整數連寫」，因此數字44為連寫。另「點鐘」是一個詞，因此本典詞目呈現為連寫，如：「三點鐘sann tiám-tsing」，其餘則呈現為分寫，如：「兩點半nn̄g tiám puànn」。
而有關您所舉的5種例子，依上述說明，應可寫為：

    三點四十四分 sann tiám sì-tsa̍p-sì hun
    三點鐘 sann tiám-tsing
    兩點外鐘 nn̄g tiám guā tsing
    點半鐘 tiám puànn tsing
    三點外 sann tiám guā
    四點半 sì tiám puànn
