change stix-aux-ephemeris...fits files into solo_ANC_stix-aux-ephemeris...fits

in order to be conform with SOAR
we should rename our aux-ephemeris fits files (aspect solution and more meta data) into ANC files.

ANC files are not direct science data files from SOAR point of view. ANC files should be used to provide positional, calibration data or more.

proposed naming would be:

solo_ANC_stix-aux-ephemeris_DATE_VXX.fits

DATE: as we deliver it as daily files the DATE would be start date only
version: the XX is the normal version counter
product descriptor: stix-aux-ephemeris maybe we should change it to stix-ephemeris

• implement in pipeline @nicHoch
• implement in IDL GSW @FredSchuller
• implement on platform @drhlxiao
• implement in stixpy @samaloney

Pipeline updates needed:

• include into daily publishing code
• include into daily publishing config /home/stixcore/stixcore.ini >> include_levels = L0, L1

we have to go with the name: solo_ANC_stix-asp-ephemeris_..._V...fits as all our filters and methods expect an type in the pattern of the name [instrument-type-product]

i think asp for aspect is a good type name
