Import transcriptions using a button

What would you like as a feature?
Right now AuBlog imports when a transcription is "ready." I have no idea when 
it will be ready. Instead I want a button to appear when its ready so I can 
click on it and import the transcription. Also, if i reopen my blog entry and 
the transcription is ready i want it to automatically ask me to import the 
transcription.

I think it should work the same way as the Play button.

What steps will solve this feature request? (if known)
1. put a button when the transcription is ready
2. ask me to import when I push the button
3. make the button disappear if i already imported the transcription.

What version of the AuBlog are you using? On what Android version (2.2,
3.0), and which device (HTC Desire, Motorola Xoom)?

I also want to hear the transcription results in the view drafts tree, but 
thats another story...

reworked transcription_button branch to allow three button states
(hidden) - no audio file
Import - ask user to import transcription from database, becomes Recheck if 
user clicks dont import.
Check - pull down transcription from server, becomes Import when ready
