Q2 2023 Roadmap

The strategy for Q2 is to try as many monetization options as possible to see which one will give us the lowest operation cost with the highest sustainability while still meeting our principle.

We don't know which one will work, so we have to try everything 😭

But we're going to try the one with the lowest-hanging fruits, which are:

  • DSA Course for professional interviewing with tech companies
  • Contest Sponsorship for tech companies that use 3rd party recruiter
  • Donations from TOKI alumni
  • Donations from the government
  • School Training (B2B DSA Course) for coding schools trying to augment their program with DSA course

Donation from government Talk with Kemendikbud Brainstorm some program we can do with the government
B2B DSA Course Hire 5 (volunteer) trainer, Curriculum for trainer, Curriculum for the school We have 2 clients for this, Establish some operation + brand
