jQuery Social Media Plugin: Socialist
"Socialist" is a jQuery social media plugin that aggregates content from multiple social networks and/or RSS feeds. It enables you to create a single social media stream from multiple social networks on your blog or Website. Use it to pull content from Facebook pages, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, RSS feeds and other social networks. Social feeds can be displayed in lists or elegant Pinterest-style layouts using jQuery Isotope (included).
