GCP, OIDC and IBM ISAM

Hello,

I am trying to configure this adapter in istio in a GKE cluster and using IBM ISAM as my IDP. I tried many things and I am stuck in "Unauthorized - rules configured for opaque access token","client_name":"default/oidc-provider-config". Can you help me?
