We don't have facilitator guides for online courses #13

Right now we don't have good instructions for someone trying to guid a group trough taking a course on a MOOC. This is important because effective group facilitation can make a big difference to the learning experience.

A guid like this could include things like:

  1. How to facilitate meeting
  2. How to ask questions in the hangout and what needs to be asked?

Initially general guidelines are more important than subject specific ones, but those are also valuable so if that's something we have, that would be great.

Here's a sample and perhaps we can discuss more options and design goals in the comments.
