- Fixed control room not accessible after vessel modification with same control part, #1
- Enabled control room on ships with a crew as long as a probe core is present on ship, available via the app launcher button. Keyboard shortcut will still work for stock IVAs.
- Set application launcher button to enable/disable on availability of a control room

This is a major rework of the original code. No features have been added or removed but the code should be more efficient and create less garbage. This should make it play better with memory and other mods.
I am going to continue to develop this mod unless someone else takes it over. Issues can be posted and tracked on here.
My Initial Release
Probe Control Room is now released for 1.2.1. There will be bugs but I intent to squash them quickly
