Sample upload file - sample type & prep method

1. Problems with the second row where data has no “eggs” in the drop down menu under “Sample Type”
2. I did not have to enter anything in the “preparation method” which should be mandatory. The file still uploaded sucessfully
3. There are no relevant “preparation methods” for eggs and larvae

@pcrjoana, I can see that egg is added in the drop down menu now. Was anything done related to the preparation method?

• Eggs and larvae is now added in the sampletype column for the first 4 cells but not further (L5 to L8 is OK). Please do it for all cells in column L. See also issue Sample upload File the column SampleType 'egg and larvae' #355
• To my knowledge, no relevant preparation methods were added for eggs and larvae. I could not check if preparation method was mandatory or not (did not do an upload).

Seems like no specific preparation method for eggs and larvae is not needed (Hannes). "Whole in distilled water" and "whole in fresh water" and "whole in salty water" should be added in the upload file. Make preparation method mandatory for eggs and larvae.

Preparation method is mandatory for all events, including eggs and larvae.
The changes in the template were added. @cmspinto wants to test the template, and then he'll upload it.
