Presently, resubmissions are identified with a cruiseID warning during data screening.
Manual verification and data deletion by CruiseID is then required for a successful resubmission.
WGDEC and ICES Data Centre to look into the issue to allow auto-resubmissions.

As a starting point, partial resubmission of a CRUISEID should not be allowed, and entire cruise should be resubmitted.
NOTE: there are some examples in the database with partial submissions for the same CRUISEID
Also, can we prevent duplicate submissions under different CRUISEIDs?
