Developed logic and database needs:

Suggestion that the code is only review the first time it is used in TAF, such as the benchmark, then only changes are reviewed. thus reducing the time to reviiew during an EG.

But we need an 'onboarding' plan, for stocks that have already been benchmarked but not code reviewed.
