IC Metier tags/ICES area codes/SP lookup table to be included in the module

In the previous "Annex1" (=huge excel spreadsheet) we used to send out with the data call we had 3 tabs with information that should be available too within the new module (not available at the moment). Perhaps once we enable the option of downloading the data needs for one/several stocks as excel/csv etc files we should make sure that the "extra information" is downloaded automatically too. This information contains:
IC Metier tags: metiers used in Intercatch by the different WGs
ICES area codes: description of subareas, divisions and subdivisions used
SP lookup table: "old (2016)" and "new (2017)" codes for stocks with stock description
