That we could add a "notes/comments" field in the data call table to be filled out by stock coordinators
they have asked what is the difference between major and serious impact form the drop down menu. It is not clear which of those is worse. Can we change the wording for one of them to "medium impact" or something like that?
Thanks

This was something I also had to ask Rui when he was going through it with me. I think we need to distinguish between a situation where it made the work very difficult, and rushed, vs a situation where it prevented the work from getting done at all. So perhaps 'Major' and 'Critical'/'Prohibitive'. But to be honest, it is probably best that a non-native speaker suggests understandable words.
There is a comment section in the "feedback" part but not in the actual "data call preparation" part (where we specify is data is needed in InterCatch or accession etc). However after talking to Rui maybe it makes no sense to have a comment section in the data call part because remarks by stock coordinators may end up in an obscure cell that nobody will check out...
clearer wording will help: 1. no impact/2. significant impact/3. major or critical impact (just a suggestion)
The wording for the impact categories; these can be updated by you guys here -> https://sid.ices.dk/Manage/vocabs.aspx and the vocab is DC_SubmissionTimelinessVocab
