AntAlmanac has 3 primary areas where we directly "speak" to users: the Help Box, the Feedback Form, and the Tutorial.

Let's consolidate these 3 components into a singular pill menu, accessible through a Question Mark button / menu button, which would replace the question mark (which is the tutorial) in the bottom right.

Note: A key consideration is how this would appear on mobile, as we omit the tutorial button on mobile.

Would also be good to add patch notes (or at least view the latest patch note) as part of this menu, so a 4th thing
