Add url parameters for prefilled search queries

Right now antalmanac.com has a "Zotistics" button that directly links to a course's grades on Zotistics:

URL: https://zotistics.com/?&selectQuarter=&selectYear=&selectDep=COMPSCI&classNum=143B&code=&submit=Submit

Please implement this on the new Zotistics before launching, otherwise it'll break our link. This button currently accounts for about 15% of Zotistics traffic.

Also it's totally fine if you want to change the url parameters, just let the #antalmanac team know if you do.
