Generate a jar file for using ar2dtool as a Java library

A use case is to be able to invoke it in a web application and to get the image in binary format.

I agree. This could lead to some other considerations, such as checking the size of the output file, since images can became too heave (hundreds of MBs) to transfer them on the web.

ar2dtool v.0.1 jar library has been generated under lib/ folder. It is still not stable.
