Mesh local refinement and restart

Hello.
I carried out local refinement of some meshes in the calculation.

  add_subdomain_ids = '${new_domain_blocks}'

However, when I used restart to continue the calculation. The extra constraints on hanging nodes seem to disappear. Is there any good solution?

how did you set up the restart? It needs to be with checkpoints not exodus

I use the checkpoint to restart.
