يحتوي هذا الملف علي التعليمات اللازمة لأي شخص يود المشاركة في المشروع مثل البرامج والمكتبات واصدارتها، قواعد تسمية ال branches كما اقترح المهندس @Al-Taie وغيرها من الأمور
يمكن أن نضمن هذه الأشياء في ملف README.md أو نجعلها منفصلة هنا
