Enable the "Program" web such that the list of accepted workshops can be accessible from the main page.

Dear all,

I'm posting this issue as a co-chair for the IEEE VIS Workshops.
We have been contacted by several workshop organizers who were concerned that their workshop was not listed on the main IEEE VIS Website.

As a matter of fact, they are. We have made a pull request (which has been merged) to update the following page:
https://ieeevis.org/year/2024/info/workshops

However, this page is in principle accessible from the "Program" menu, which is not accessible yet from the main page.
Could that be activated please?

We've added this in staging (ac0d9b8) and are checking with the program committee if they want us to push it to production or if they want any additional changes before it goes live. Thanks for the comment!
