From Francesca Palombini:

once on a mailarchive msg page, add a button (like the "Reply" "Message Download" that already exists) that will just send the selected email to the user (needs to be logged in). That will simplify for people who are not subscribed to the mailing list that msg belongs to (or might have missed that email for other reasons), to be able to reply in the thread.

To avoid this being used to send nuisance email, require login and only send to an address associated with the login.
