日志组件增加支持输出到日志文件中 #6

aiges/utils/log.py提供的日志组件目前只能支持输出到终端中，外界wrapper使用不够方便
最好新增的文件日志输出形式——getLogger函数可以支持日志文件路径、文件模式mode的输入，返回不同类型的log
