PR #3553 introduces a new app wiring system based on dependency injection.

We have to make sure that modules scaffolded with IBC support still work once the ts-relayer issue is solved (see #3541 and #3601), or alternatively when a Hermes Ignite CLI plugin is available.

Following the Inter-Blockchain Communication: Basics tutorial could be used to check.
