It would be great to be able to have synching between maps in a session optional. Obviously synching is very useful, but in many cases for interactive figures, when showing different locations or different species forced synching becomes a problem. Thanks! -Olga

This is partially done, you can explicitly set a synchDatasets property now on in the session json (defaults to false). I'm leaving this open and transferring to juicebox-web because I think we need a way to control this through the UI. Its surprising that we don't have a way to decouple datasets in the UI, I'm not sure if its been requested before.
