I wired up my Pluto-IIx GC to my DOL-001 GC (Not sure if it matters but the sellers listed it as a Japanese console changed to be English). I used the ribbon cable install. I tested the connections and it appears everything is wired fine. Got a little violent getting the digital port out so not sure if that can be the issue. Analog now only has working audio.
HDMI cable is recognized when plugged in, but both a monitor and PC say no signal. The LED stays orange when powered on, so reading the checklist, made me think the board was not programmed. I tried to program myself but when plugging into my PC, I do not see the device recognized as a com port.
Is my board broken or is there any way to troubleshoot if the board can be programmed. Currently it is wired into my Gamecube (5v is removed to not cause power issues).
