[Feature Request/Enhancement] RGB color sliders to adjust colors, as well as an sRGB output mode

Some monitors, like mine, don't come with good color adjustment, and my gamecube doesn't look very good on it (too cool in color). Therefore, it would be nice to have RGB separate color sliders (from 0-100% of each color) in the picture settings menu to adjust the color balance to be more accurate. Also, some converters (like my HDMI to VGA converter) do not properly support the YCC601 color range of the gamecube, so it would also be nice to have an sRGB color space output mode with proper conversion.
