IMPORTANT: Please add this feature to the 1.12 version if you could as well; that's the version I play on, just wanted to make sure I clarified, thanks! :))

DESCRIPTION OF IDEA:
Basically, the idea is that in the config, there is a field for 'ingredient food multiplier' and 'ingredient saturation multiplier'.
These multipliers multiply the food/saturation value of an item when it's added to a sandwich.

EXAMPLES IN ACTION:
Example 1: Steak gives 4 food, but with a ingredient food multiplier of 0.5, it gives 2 food in a sandwich.
Example 2: Steak gives 12.8 saturation, but with a saturation food multiplier of 0.25, it gives 3.2 saturation in a sandwich.

WHY I WANT THIS FEATURE:
I want this feature because I want culinary constructed items on my server to take more to make than normal food, because of how useful they can be. I think this feature could be useful to a lot of other people too.

IMPORTANT: Please add this feature to the 1.12 version if you could as well; that's the version I play on, just wanted to make sure I clarified, thanks! :))
