I read about to compile the sourse in 32 bit, but I have no idea how to do it. Is there a version already build for windows 7 32 bits?

The problem is probably the installer, but I am not sure. You can build your own installer by installing NSIS, putting 32 Bit JRE into jre/, placing the contents of this this into out/artifacts/ and running NSIS on install.nsi. The compiled java bytecode itself probably doesn't need any further adjustments, since it is architecture-agnostic.
