GLIPH on different donors

I was wondering if when we don't know HLA specificity, GLIPH may be used independently donor by donor (as very similar TCR in two individuals may have different affinities to an epitope depending on HLA restriction), or it can be used on multiple donors as a manner of simmilarity between TCR.
