centralizing bilateral conversation with @mhkhan27 here so it does not get lost.

Northern IRQ has been facing significant drought conditions whereas southern IRQ has remained relatively normal.

Is there a way to delineate the boundaries of this drought onto our assessment data and stratify some more analyses?
How long have the drought conditions been (i.e 3 mo, 6mo, 1 year, 2 years, etc)
