fix: support currency switcher addon

Bug Report

User Story

As a admin I want my Donor to do Donation in multiple currency using currency switcher addon.

Current Behavior

Currently if we do donation in any other currency it deducts amount only in USD

Bug Type

• I am not sure whether this functionality ever worked as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do donation in any currency other then USD.
2. See transaction in transaction history in merchant account.

Acceptance Criteria

• Transaction should take place in currency in which I donate.

Per dev team discussion, we are going to ship Moneris 1.0.0 without currency switcher support, so we need to note it in the product page and docs.
