Exe that has dependency _internal folder will error

After repacking exe that has dependency _internal folder it will error such as message missing python.dll library... But if we move that exe into _internal folder it can open normally but maybe some function of that exe will not work if it get inport wrong directory.

Is there a way to link dependency folder of that exe when repack?
