比如在github和gitee，我希望插件是在左侧显示，而访问gitlab的时候，因为gitlab左侧本身有自己的工具侧边工具栏，那我则希望插件在右侧显示，但我不想频繁进行手动切换，最好插件能记住不同平台的最后状态配置
