Parsing error: Cannot read file '.... tsconfig.json'. esliint

Hello,

I am getting this error for every ts and tsx files.

There are solutions in StackOverflow but the default file doesn't have .eslintrc.js file which is where some changes are needed for the error to resolve. This error doesn't affect the project in general. It just that I don't want to see any error when opening a file. This also helps me spot the actual error.
