Suitable development environment

Getting Started

Build it: gradle clean build (or ./gradlew clean build)
Run it: java -jar build/libs/iw-tech-test-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
View it: http://localhost:8080 and http://localhost:8080/api
