Add a test to verify proxy-client-certificate is valid #146

The example-apiserver should have been verifying client certificates and caught this issue. Below is a openssl command to verify the certificates.

openssl verify -CAfile <(k -n default get secret -o yaml drew-apiserver-konk-proxy-client | \
   awk '/^  ca.crt/ {print $2}' | base64 -d) <(k -n default get secret -o yaml drew-apiserver-konk-proxy-client | \
   awk '/^  tls.crt/ {print $2}' | base64 -d)
