Is it possible to bump mermaid to 11.4.0 so that I can use the architecture diagram support in mermaid?

mermaid@11 is now ESModule, which is kind of difficult to import from an Electron's renderer process.
It will take time to support it as the plugin needs to transpile the whole Mermaid library to CommonJS.

Bumped up to v10.9.3 for now
