Added a rosbag containing hardcoded data to facilitate smoke testing of the transformer node. A new sample_data.launch file has been provided to validate the node. Users can launch the sample and observe the output on the topic /my_temperature.

A step-by-step video demonstration has been added, showcasing how to use the sample rosbag following the instructions in the README. The process starts from setting up a Docker environment as detailed in the package's README.
