Check if token is set before issuing housing stat request

At the moment, the login screen is only shown after a failed (unauthorized) network request to housing stat. The token should be checked (if is unset) before issuing a request, such that there is no unnecessary housing stat request and the main page isn't shown first before switching to the login screen.
