Refactor teal modules packages

Summary

The teal module packages is due for a refactor.

The modules were written a while back and with all the updates that happened since then, we need to make sure that these modules are being written efficiently and easy to understand as we usually direct users to these modules for examples when writing custom teal modules.

Definition of Done

• Refactor all teal modules packages.
